Klinixis

Clinic management for Myanmar

Runs your clinic. Even when the internet doesn't.

Klinixis replaces the paper register, the prescription pad and the cash book with one simple system in Burmese, built for GP and specialist clinics in Myanmar.

  • Works with no internet, for days
  • Burmese first, English when you want it
  • Only your staff can read your records

Built around how clinics in Myanmar actually work

Power and internet cuts

Every device keeps working on its own copy of the records. When the connection returns, everything catches up by itself.

Evening sessions and long queues

Queue numbers per doctor, a display for the waiting room, and each doctor's revenue share worked out automatically.

Paper records that go missing

Every visit, prescription and payment is saved, searchable by phone number or name, and backed up encrypted.

One screen for each person in the clinic

Each device shows only the screen its user needs. No menus to learn.

Reception

Register and queue in seconds

Type a phone number. If the patient exists, they appear. If not, one tap registers them. Then a queue number prints.

Doctor

Call, consult, prescribe

See who is waiting, call the next patient, record the visit and prescription with Burmese dosage instructions.

Dispensing

Stock that keeps itself right

Dispense from the prescription, print medicine labels, and let Klinixis track batches, expiry and low stock.

Cashier

Bill in kyat, any way they pay

Consultation, procedures and medicines on one bill. Cash, KBZPay, WavePay, AYA Pay, CB Pay. Receipt on the thermal printer.

Owner

Tonight's numbers, every night

Visits, revenue by payment method, doctor payouts, expiring stock. On your phone, wherever you are.

Waiting room

Numbers on the TV

Any TV or tablet with a browser shows who is being served and who is next, per doctor.

Made for unreliable internet

Most clinic software stops when the line drops. Klinixis stores everything on each device first and syncs in the background. Register patients, call the queue, dispense and take payments through a whole day of outage.

Several devices in one clinic stay in step while there is internet, even a mobile connection. For the pilot we install a 4G backup router so a fixed-line cut goes unnoticed.

Only your staff can read your records

Patient names, phone numbers, ID numbers and clinical notes are encrypted on your own devices before they leave the clinic. The servers, the hosting companies and Klinixis staff only ever hold scrambled data.

Your key stays with you

Every staff member's device holds a copy of the clinic key. A colleague who forgets a password is let back in by any other device, without calling us.

Recovery you control

If every device were lost, recovery needs something the clinic holds plus something we hold. Neither side can open your records alone. Clinics that prefer it can opt into assisted recovery.

Backed up, in Singapore

Encrypted copies are stored in a Singapore data centre with daily backups, so a stolen or broken device never means lost records.

Pilot programme for Yangon clinics

We are looking for a small number of clinics to run Klinixis for 90 days and shape it with us.

What you get

  • Klinixis free for the 90-day pilot
  • Loaned hardware: PC or tablet, receipt printer, 4G backup router
  • On-site installation and staff training in Burmese
  • Support in Yangon, over Viber, during clinic hours

What we ask

  • Use Klinixis for daily work, with paper only as a backup
  • Thirty minutes a week to tell us what is slow or confusing
  • A decision at the end: continue on a paid plan, or return the hardware
Email us about the pilot or message us on Viber
